HOW IS DATA COLLECTED AND USED?

When you register for classes, data may be collected such as your name, mobile number, email address, and identification number for the purposes such as invoicing and communication. Besides metadata collected for analytics purposes, the data given is explicit, such as providing us with your email address or phone number when making a booking.

Additionally, during classes photos may be taken with your permission, and shared on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This is optional, and can be decided during the classes.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?

New Heights uses a number of third parties for various processes, such as:

Data relevant for the various processes may be shared with these third parties, for example your email address will be required for communications through Google Mail, and for sending invoices through SmartBill.

Additionally names/email addresses and contact numbers may be shared with third party pole instructors so that they may get in contact with their students.

DATA SECURITY

New Heights stores the majority of its data electronically, with the exception of paper forms, and the electronic data is stored in password-protected accounts in the third party systems used.
